Mr Durrant and JOHN — whose full identity will be revealed in due course — shared direct business and financial associations that were never disclosed by any lawyers or investigators.

DURRANT AND JOHN – KEY CONNECTIONS

• Both men knew each other through Barclaytrust International in Jersey from the mid-1970s.

• Both were lawyers and used the same trust service providers in Jersey for decades, operating through overlapping structures and professional networks.

• On 26 October 1988, the day Mr Durrant was murdered, JOHN’s wife filed for divorce, which aligns with evidence of a late-night meeting at Mr Durrant’s home shortly before his death.

• New Scotland Yard has confirmed that Mr Durrant and JOHN were in business together, despite this being concealed in earlier trust and legal records for ever.

• On 27 December 2022, JOHN made a purported repayment of USD $74 million to an address located one road away from the site of Mr Durrant’s murder.

• JOHN’s own accountant in Kingston has confirmed that this $74 million repayment was false and did not occur as portrayed in offshore documentation that Jordan now holds.

• JOHN received the supposed $74 million from one of his employees, who now states that he would “sign anything JOHN asked him to,” raising serious concerns about coercion and false declarations.

• This same employee—acting as an impostor settlor—appointed Barclaytrust and XXXXXXXXXX as trustees of JOHN’s family trusts, despite having no lawful authority to do so.

• XXXXXXXXXX and Barclaytrust were known competitors, yet both accepted appointment as trustees by a fake settlor who was simply one of JOHN’s employees.

• The trust deed specifies an 8% interest rate, consistent with the standard terms found in all of Mr Durrant’s genuine deeds.

• JOHN is a secret shareholder of XXXXX, and Mrs Durrant’s fraudulent will was signed by a director of this same company. This demonstrates how JOHN became involved in the Durrant family trust structures immediately after the murder of Mr James William Durrant.

• XXXXXX is a sister company of XXXXXX, the impostor trustee that controlled the family trusts for decades and never made any payments to the Durrant family until Jordan exposed their activities in 2022.

• The executor of both Mr and Mrs Durrant’s estates claimed in Isle of Man proceedings that he did not know JOHN, despite the fact that their respective law firms in Jersey share the same business address.

• Mr Smalley, the executor of the Durrant estates, was a director of Spitfire Insurance and RO Insurance, companies that later became BAE Systems Overseas Ltd, placing him directly within defence-related corporate structures.

• JOHN was involved in handling pilots’ funds connected to the Iran-Contra conflict, including those of Mr Jack De’Voe, indicating that JOHN had deeper involvement in international arms-related financial activity.

• Given that both JOHN and Mr Smalley were lawyers operating within arms-related circles, it is highly probable that they knew each other professionally long before the murder of Mr Durrant.

• Mr Smalley’s former law firm, Jaques & Lewis, used the same Jersey address that appears on JOHN’s correspondence from XXXXXXXXXX, demonstrating a direct link between the two through shared corporate and legal infrastructure.

• New Scotland Yard informed Sir Edward that Jordan had identified seven individuals who were in business with his grandfather, none of whom were discovered during the original murder investigation. The police admitted that these individuals only appeared prominently in the trusts and financial arrangements after Mr Durrant’s death. One of the names Jordan provided to the police in 2021 was JOHN.

  Despite this, the police failed to act and instead left Jordan vulnerable, leading to him being attacked in Spain on the exact same day—8 November 2021—that Mr Smalley submitted an application to halt the Durrant family’s legal proceedings.

  This timeline demonstrates that Mr Smalley must have known JOHN, as Smalley has served as executor of the Durrant estates since 1989 and would inevitably have interacted with him during the administration of the trusts.

  Every lawyer involved has consistently concealed JOHN’s role within the Durrant family trusts. They will not mention his involvement, as they all understand how he accumulated his wealth and the implications of exposing his actions.

• Jordan collaborated with John’s family in 2021 without knowing they were the murderers family to obtain the internal emails and documents from JOHN’S companies to the seek justice for his grandparents and family.

• In the JOHN family documents shared with Jordan it shows a Kingston Realty Trust and this is obviously the trust that Mr Durrant and JOHN were in business together with has this is where Mr Durrant lived and was murdered.

• JOHN’s own family have described him as a sociopath, and his past role as a diplomat explains why Jordan was never able to have him arrested. His diplomatic background, combined with his value as an asset, meant that the police protected him rather than investigating his actions.

• When Jordan explained to JOHN’s family the significance of the supposed multi-million repayment to Kingston, they immediately apologised. It became clear to them what had really taken place. JOHN’s daughter broke down in tears on the phone, repeatedly saying she was sorry and her husband stated to his wife its not even the same town but the next block away.

• When Maxwell is alive the xxxxxxxx trust company is his fund managers and when he passes JOHN is involved.

• Mr Durrant and Mr Maxwell shared the same company director across their family-controlled companies, demonstrating a direct corporate link between the two men.

• John was a CIA agent which Jordan can show soon.

• Mr James William Durrant was a RAF Squadron leader on special duties in WW2 and his special duties did not end until the night of October 26th 1988.

• Mr Durrant knew the Queen well and was often at Buckingham palace Garden parties and John connects to the Queen.

• Below are emails from New Scotland Yard sent to Sir Edward Davey, along with Sir Edward’s own correspondence expressing his concerns about the involvement of the Jersey Police. Their contact with the Metropolitan Police directly preceded the Durrant murder investigation being shut down — the closure occurring the very next day.

  
  

  THE METROPOLITAN POLICE CONTINUE TO WITHHOLD KEY DOCUMENTS

  The Metropolitan Police are refusing to release the documents and trust deeds taken from Mr Durrant’s personal safe, preventing the Durrant family from accessing the inheritance that Mr Durrant lawfully left behind. Their continued obstruction — in a force repeatedly criticised for internal Freemason influence — demonstrates a clear failure of duty.

  In light of this, Sir Mark Rowley should be removed from office immediately for allowing this misconduct to continue unchallenged.
