From The Mafia, CIA and George Bush to the Durrant Murder: A Grandson’s Pursuit of Justice

The Durante family state that they have identified more than fifteen individuals and corporate entities whose names appear both in the book referenced below and in connection with the trust documentation produced after the murder of Mr James William Durrant.

The trust deed relied upon for decades following his murder is unsigned by Mr Durrant, does not name his immediate family as beneficiaries, and does not clearly identify the original settlor. Two of the signatories to that deed are individuals referenced within the same publication below.

This document has formed the foundation of the trust’s administration since the murder of a former RAF Squadron Leader who served on special duties during the Second World War. The family continues to question why an unsigned instrument, produced after his murder, has been treated as authoritative for so many years, especially now Jordan has internal notes and emails showing the real trust is from 1975 not 1978.

Those reviewing this case may wish to consider the wider context, including historic connections involving offshore structures, Anglo-Dutch financial relationships, and corporate entities now listed on the Dutch stock exchange.

Mr Durrant was associated during his lifetime with Anglo-Dutch lodge financial activity, and following his death, entities linked to his affairs appear to have evolved into significant Dutch-based corporate interests. These developments raise further questions that the family believe warrant transparent examination.

All material referenced is drawn from publicly available sources and is being republished for the purposes of public awareness and investigative transparency.

Jordan Durante has authored two books examining the case in detail — the first extending to approximately 2,380 pages and the second approaching 1,000 pages — supported by archived correspondence, recorded calls spanning 1989–2026, and extensive documentary research. He welcomes contact from reputable members of the U.S. press or publishing community who may be interested in reviewing the material.

Thank you for taking the time to read.

Have a nice day.
