A Small Room With No Darkness, I hope it doesn't end like Epstein's room service considering we are in the Epstein files.

Good morning all. Here is a brief update on the case.

The work continues steadily and productively. In recent weeks, engagement through the website has increased significantly, particularly from individuals based in the United States. A growing number of U.S. citizens have reached out to offer assistance and support after reviewing the material.

Many have independently identified and raised concerns regarding the apparent links between the United Kingdom and the United States in relation to serious financial misconduct and unresolved deaths referenced in the case material. This growing international interest reflects the wider relevance of the issues under examination and the need for continued scrutiny.

Further updates will follow as the work progresses.

The screenshot below shows an attempt by a close associate to engage with members of the press regarding the murder of my grandfather.

Notably, the draft email displayed in the image includes references to, or involvement from, Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) data or police contacts—despite the communication being intended as a press enquiry rather than a police matter.

This raises an obvious and unresolved question: why were police-linked individuals or data present within private email communications relating to media outreach? At the time, these communications were not initiated as part of a formal police investigation, nor were they intended to involve law enforcement oversight.

The presence of police-related references in what should have been independent press correspondence warrants clarification. It is a matter of concern that touches on issues of information flow, data handling, and the boundaries between private citizens, the media, and policing bodies.

Further context and documentation relating to this issue are held on file including pictures of police who followed Jordan.

Previously, efforts by Jordan to engage with individuals and institutions in the United States met significant resistance. For example, attempts to make contact with bodies such as the Florida Bar Association were blocked or went unanswered, making meaningful progress extremely difficult.

More recently, this position appears to have shifted. U.S.-based citizens are now coming forward independently to offer assistance after reviewing the published material. As a result, lines of communication that were once effectively closed are beginning to open.

This change suggests that progressing matters in the United States may now be more straightforward than in the past, rather than near-impossible, as awareness and engagement continue to grow.

The screenshot below relates to an appearance by Dr David Staples on Sky News, during which reference was made to matters connected to Masonic accounts.

This appearance occurred shortly after Dr Staples had spoken with Jordan regarding the condition and status of an unsigned deed left by his grandfather. That deed named the Freemasons as beneficiaries, together with any other charity administered by the Grand Hall of Freemasons.

Following this period, Masonic accounts were reportedly released or “freed up” for the first time. The proximity in timing between these events has raised questions that remain unanswered.

The deed itself, shown below, is unsigned and lists the Freemasons and associated charities as beneficiaries. The circumstances surrounding its creation, status, and subsequent reliance—particularly given the timing of media commentary and financial movements—warrant careful examination.

No conclusions are drawn here. However, the sequence of events and the unusual timing raise legitimate questions that require clarification.

The Delphi trust case

Concerns have been raised in relation to a Jersey trust deed and the position taken by a major charitable organisation in associated proceedings.

It has been suggested within court material and related correspondence that public disclosure of the identity of the settlor’s intended beneficiaries—specifically a charity—could have significant reputational consequences, including a potential impact on worldwide charitable donations.

This position has prompted legitimate questions. In particular, why would confirmation that a settlor left the entirety of their wealth to the charity give rise to such concern, unless there were wider contextual issues surrounding the deed itself or the settlors murder.

Further questions arise from the surrounding circumstances, including the murder of Mr James William Durrant and the subsequent emergence of a different trust deed after his death. It is noted that concerns have been expressed regarding the authenticity, timing, and execution of that later deed.

No conclusions are drawn here. However, the combination of (i) resistance to transparency, (ii) the charitable implications cited, (iii) the timing of the deed relied upon, and (iv) the unresolved circumstances of Mr Durrant’s murder, raises issues that merit careful and independent scrutiny.

The two screenshots below relate to a long-running case that has been subject to limited public reporting and, in parts, an apparent media blackout. The matter has been referred to under various descriptions over time, one of which is commonly described as a bank identity fraud scheme involving Freemasons.

This raises an important and unresolved question: was Mr James William Durrant a victim of the same syndicate, which is understood to have continued operating well into the modern era? It is publicly reported that assets totalling approximately £5 billion were seized in connection with related matters in or around 2012.

If so, further questions naturally follow. What actions, if any, have been taken by law-enforcement agencies since that time, including New Scotland Yard and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Washington?

The seized assets and related investigations appear to intersect with matters connected to my grandfather, including long-concealed trusts and professional structures administered by a group of lawyers who are now known to the family through subsequent disclosure and litigation.

No conclusions are drawn here. However, the scale of the sums involved, the longevity of the alleged structures, and the lack of transparency over subsequent investigative outcomes raise serious questions that remain unanswered.

Justice for my grandfather and my family is long overdue, and developments now suggest that meaningful accountability may finally be approaching.

There is no free speech or free press in the UK if a media blackout continues.

Have a lovely day.

Kind regards

Jordan Durante
